Today is a beautiful day!
I know I promised to give you the DL on my living room,
but I had a change of plans.
These little Halloween goodies
turned out so cute, I just couldn't wait share!
Yesterday, when I wasn't feeling all that great, I needed something to take my mind off of how yucky I was feeling.
So, since I had plans to do a trial run of some treats I'm making for Landon's Pre-K class, I decided...
Why wait?
And they just turned out so darn neat!
And they were actually
pretty easy to make.
Here are the ingredients you need:
1. Graham Crackers
2. Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips
3. Large Campfire Marshmallows
4. Cookie Sticks
I suppose you could use baker's chocolate, but I don't care for the taste.
I wanted to get as close to the real thing I could.
The steps are super easy!
1. Put your marshmallows on a Cookie Stick.
2. Crush your graham crackers.
3. Melt the chocolate in a sauce pan over low heat.
(Stir constantly.)
4. After the chocolate has melted, use a butter knife
to spread the chocolate onto your marshmallow.
(It kind of spreads like peanut butter.)
5. While the chocolate is still melted,
cover with the graham cracker crumbs.
6. Place on wax paper to cool.
7. Decorate with a ribbon or tag of your choice.
8. Done!
How cute is that?
And so quick and easy to make to boot!
That's my kind of recipe...
Foolproof!
Or in my case...
Laura-proof!
Dream Big,

Very cute. The kids will love them. You could do other variations as well.

These are yummy looking little treats. My boys would love them.
ReplyDeleteThose look so good! I'm jealous that you actually get to make treats for your kids' class. We can only provide store-bought. Boring!
