Blogging Friends Are The Best!

One of the many things that I love about blogging 

is the friends that I've made.

So many talented, amazing women 

that uplift, inspire, and encourage me.

I have been blessed with many blogging friends.

There are many that I will probably never meet in real life, 

but are apart of it nonetheless.

Today I want to tell you about two of them who recently 

went out of their way to make me feel special.

One of these wonderful ladies is 

Shannon from Fox Hollow Cottage.

And many of you are here 

because Shannon lets me ride on her coattails a little.

We've been friends pretty much since the beginning 

and I can't imagine life without her in it!

Shannon has just recently started retailing for 

Maison Blanche Paint Company, 

Home of La Craie Paint.

Well, you know I had to support my friend and order some.

And it is wonderful!

A little while after I ordered some paint, Shannon was clearing out some of her inventory and had posted a pic of a sweet pair of sunglasses on her FB page.

I commented that I wanted them 

and she could just ship them with another paint order.

After some back and forth about ordering the second order of paint, I decided to hold off a little while because honestly, with this economy, times are kind of tight around our house.

So, needless to say, I was surprised and touched 

when I opened up my initial order of paint to find these:

Along with a beautiful card with a sweet message.

I think that Shannon's To-Do List for the month isn't checked off unless she says or does something to me to make me cry.

I am so super blessed 

to know this lady!!

And little did I know, at the same time, another bloggy friend was getting ready to shower me with some lovin' as well.

If you've been following since my old blog, you'll remember that I was fortunate enough to meet up with Kammy of Kammy's Korner last year, and spend some time junkin' with her.

We had an absolute blast!

And even though she has been back home a few times since then to visit, our schedules haven't meshed well enough to get together again.

:(

A couple of weeks ago, I got a message that 

she had sent some goodies home with her Dad for me.

It took me a while to get there, but this weekend, I finally did.

WOW!

Did she ever!

My fall mantle came together in no small part to her fantastic gifts!

She has no idea how long I have looked for 

a grain sack just like this one draped over this chair:

How awesome is that?!

I nearly danced a jig when I saw it!

Kammy totally gets how much I love old stuff.

Check out this antique egg crate...

I can never find awesome stuff like that!

And now, I have a little piece of Kammy's Korner in my home...

and it has a place of honor in my office.

She also sent me a couple of other pieces, 

but I'll wait to reveal those at another time.

Truly, some way cool stuff!  

I just haven't had a chance to stage them yet.

So, I have been reminded just how blessed I am 

to count these a fantastic ladies as friends.

I don't know what I'd do without them both!

But I do know one thing...

I was totally stylin' yesterday at Greyson's football game!

LOL!
